Welcome back, Friday. We missed you.

Here we go…

» Simply Breathtaking: Roddy McDowall’s Home Movies

“An UNBELIEVABLE collection of Roddy McDowall’s never-before-seen silent home movies from the summer of 1965 were uploaded onto YouTube yesterday” (August 31st, 2011)
I was going to add this to my Friday Videos for today but I thought it was broad enough to earn an entry here.

» Post’it War

Check out the archives. There are some really subversively talented people out there.

» French Prints Show the Year 2000 (1910)

From prints discovered in the National Library in France. This artwork from 1910 depicts what the year 2000 would look like.
Even they predicted flying cars.

» Intruded

“A mysterious character is caught in a hostile environment where security cameras watch her every step. Use arrowkeys to move. It’s dangerous, don’t die too much.”
This is one of the most unique flash games I think I’ve ever seen.

About what you would expect.
I showed this to a couple of people and it ate up a few hours of their lives. Crazy.

Enjoy the rest of your Friday, and have a great weekend everybody.
