Hello Friiiiiday!

At last.

Let’s get to the linkages!

Mini Paper Pavilion Club

Mini Paper Pavilion Club

“The Miniature Paper Pavilion Club met biweekly throughout 2012 – 2015 in Vancouver, Canada, to build tiny commemorative public spaces. We created approximately sixty imaginary landscapes with structures using paper exclusively.”

Carefully constructed. I like. Also: prolific!

TV Food Maps

[self explanatory]

If you’re a fan of a TV food show, you can use this site to find the location of several restaurants, diners, etc. featured on any popular TV food show.

You can search by city or geographic location, or you can start from the show you want, and see all the geographic locations they went to.

Comprehensive!

Now, I’m not generally a “car guy”, but… look at this thing!

It’s super, duper rare (one of only 36 ever made,) and wow it’s a beaut.

Wooden Path

A subtle little puzzler. Like very basic tetris.

Reverse OCR

“I am a bot that grabs a random word and draws semi-random lines until the OCRad.js library recognizes it as the word.”

Yes… Yes, you sure are. (What?)

A couple of great little reads this week:

I’m Wes Anderson, And I’m Directing This FBI Investigation Into Russia And The Trump Campaign.

Written by Matthew Disler for McSweeney’s. Just great.

Also: R.I.P. Jonathan Demme, by David Byrne. :'(

And there we go. Friday is all wrapped up.

Enjoy your hopefully seasonably warm weekend everybody.
