This works shockingly well. I gave it some pretty obscure artists and it correctly came back with a huge playlist of similar-sounding other artists. Sometimes via genre, sometimes artists from the same record label, who collaborated with the same producers, etc.
Pictured is my search for artists similar to Daniel Caesar. Not bad.
